Using GMail To Email From QB

Please note you need to follow these steps for each QuickBooks file you want to email from.

Directions

1. Open QuickBooks File

2. Go To [Edit] - [Preferences]

3. Select "Send Forms" on the left panel

4. Click "My Preferences" tab

5. Choose "Web Mail" and click "Add"

6. Enter your Email Address, and indicate that it is a "GMail" account.

7. Log in to your email account in the Browser window it opens

8. Grant Acceess to QuickBooks to use your Email.

9. Close Browser Window

10. Click OK in the QB Preferences window
