Algebra 2
Description of course:
Algebra II begins with a basic review of many of the concepts from Algebra I which will be needed to pursue more advanced topics in Algebra. As the course progresses, several of the topics covered will include: factoring and polynomials, linear and nonlinear functions, quadratics and complex numbers, radicals, and rational functions. Throughout this course, students will gain experience working through many problem-solving situations. Students will also be encouraged to make connections between math concepts and real-world applications.
