Everything students will need will be available to them either in class, somethings may be on Google classroom. Students should be logging in to Google classroom daily (especially if they miss class).  It is also would be helpful for them to be checking their email daily, too.  When I post items in Google classroom or make comments on assignments, notifications are pushed out to students via email.  There is the possibility to modify the notifications, however they may miss an important announcement or question, if they turn the notifications off. 

A simple paper folder is perfect for this class.  See sample below. Target had them on sale when I was in August 3rd for $0.25.

Standing homework - review vocab on Quizlet 5- 10 minutes 5 out of 7 days of the week. 

Additional homework - finishing an assignment, dialog practice or working on a project - Assignment and assessment dates will be posted and a reminder provided.  Most students will finish work in class, if they are using the time provided.
