The Last Date of Registration is extended till 27th January 2023.
The last date of Final Reel submission is remain same: 28th January 2022.
STEP 1: Register your name immediately to participate in the contest (Registration ends on 24. 01. 2023). Only registered persons can upload the final Reel as mentioned in step 3.
STEP 2: How to creat Reel
Recollect your memory reflecting some of your good, better, and best deeds that help you to realize as a Responsible Citizen.
You can repeat similar deeds and create a reel. You can also demonstrate some of your social behaviors to your family members and involve them and create a reel.
You may also use some of your pictures, revealing some of your good deeds to make the reel with a meaningful story reflecting the theme of the campaign.
Also, one can use his/ her skills to reveal the realization that you are a Socially Responsible Citizen.
STEP 3: After completing the registration process, you will receive the final reel submission link through e-mail.
STEP 4: The participant is also required to submit a name of the reel and a short caption stating the summary of the submitted Reel.
ELIGIBILITY: All citizens. Individuals below 15 years are recommended to take guidance from their teachers, mentors, or their guardians in making the REEL

While submitting through E-mail, mention the following information about you or your group. The rule for Reel making is same for all.

Occupation (Retired Person/ Service/ Business/ Homemaker/ Students/ Others (Mention).
REEL LENGTH: Minimum 60 Seconds, Maximum 150 Seconds
INDIVIDUAL/ GROUP PARTICIPATION: Individuals can submit a maximum of 03 (Three entries) and A group of a maximum of 5 individuals can submit a 02 (Two entries).
REEL CONTENT: Collection of some responsible moments or deeds that you realize as a self, as a family, as a member of the community, or as a citizen of the society at large.
The moment can be captured using mobile tools – camera, free editing services by different reel-making applications. The message from your REEL can help others to make a positive difference in life.
REEL LANGUAGE: Submissions can be in either English, Hindi, or Odia language.
REEL QUALITY: The resolution of the Reel video should be 1080 X 1920 pixels.
REEL CAPTION: The caption provided by the participants should be less than 140 characters without containing any Hass tag (#) and (@). A common set of hashtags will be added by the organizer.
REEL ORIGINALITY: Plagiarized content lead to disqualification of the contest participation
REEL FORMAT: As per the reel format, the video should be made vertically, not horizontally.
All submitted reels will be scrutinized
The videos in no manner should contain any content which showcases hatred towards any religion or community, gender, caste, or politically oriented vibe in any form. Also, there shouldn’t be the use of any abusive or explicit content in the reel video or any other objectionable matter, and subject to disqualification. The organizer reserves the right to bar entries containing any infringing, threatening, misleading, false, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, inflammatory, scandalous, pornographic, or profane content.
Result declaration of top 5 contestants (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Consolation prizes) in each category (Total 20 in four categories) on 31st January 2023.
The evaluation parameters are - Alignment with the theme, Originality, Creativity, Clarity of the message, and overall Presentation.
All the entries will be evaluated by a bench of juries. The decision of the jury will be final.
All 20 selected Reels will be posted online on common social media public platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin) managed by the organizer under the theme of “Responsible Citizenship” and #IAMRESPONSIBLECITIZEN_INDIA Campaign by the organizer.
Selection of the final round will be based on the popularity of each posting, which will be measured based on social media likes and retweets (for Twitter postings), likes (for Instagram and Facebook, and Linkedin postings) as of 28th February 2023, 11.59 PM. (The Completion of the 2nd round)
The final top scores will be calculated by giving equal weightage to all four social media platforms using the weighted average method.
The winners will be declared based on the following:
60% weightage to the points given by the Jury members in the 1st round.
40% weightage to the social media likes.
The top 3 Popular Reels will be awarded as the winners of the Final round and will be awarded the title “Social Reformer” in the Reel Making contest under the theme of Responsible Citizenship.
