The PCO uses one company for school pictures and yearbooks to offer you a more streamlined process.  Regardless of whether or not a photo package is purchased, all students will have their pictures taken on picture day, receive a class photo, and be included in the yearbook.  Scroll down for more specific details and frequently asked questions.

Easy Online Ordering:

1.  Go to www.coffeepond.com

2.  Click on the ORDER YEARBOOKS button.

3.  Enter the password "Charter2024" then select ONLINE ORDER and CONTINUE. 

4.  Enter the child's name & grade and book quantity. Please order for each child individually.

5.  Enter your email under CONTACT and select ADD TO CART.

6.  If you have another child to order for, please select ORDER FOR ANOTHER CHILD.  If not, you can finish checking out.

7.  Keep your emailed receipt so you don't order a duplicate. Coffee Pond and the PCO are not responsible for duplicate purchases!

Sales for the 2022-2023 yearbook are CLOSED!

The 2022-2023 yearbook will be available for PICKUP ONLY at the Welcome Back Social on September 8, 2023.  Any that are not picked up will be sent home with students the week of September 11th. 

Graduates (2022-2023 8th-graders) can pick up their yearbooks AFTER SEPTEMBER 18, 2023, in the front office during normal office hours. No exceptions.

*Sales for the 2023-2024 yearbook will begin in September 2023.

1. Who is in the yearbook?

The entire school can be in the yearbook each year including students, faculty, staff, and administration.

2. What is the typical timeline for the yearbook?

The yearbook is created for each school year (Sept-June). It can be ordered throughout the school year and will be passed out to those that purchase it at the start of the following school year.

Example: The yearbook from the September 2023-June 2024 school year will be passed out in September 2024.

3. Who creates the yearbook?

The PCO has a committee of parent volunteers who create it every year. 

4. How can parents help with the yearbook?

5. What are some of the roles of the volunteers?

Outside of the core yearbook page-design committee, we need a lot of volunteers to take pictures at school events and upload them to Pictavo (100 picture limit per person per school year). Special help is needed every year for the 8th-grade section.

6. Where is the yearbook created?

The yearbook is purchased through CoffeePond (the same company that takes the school pictures). The yearbook is created online with the Pictavo website.

7. I forgot if I ordered!  How can I find out if I did?

On the Coffee Pond Yearbook ordering site, there is a box that says, "Forgot if you ordered?"  Put in your email address and it will tell you if they have a yearbook order for you yet.  Please utilize this method before you contact the PCO. We do not have access to ordering information.  

8. Are there extra yearbooks to purchase after the school year?

Yearbooks are only printed for those families who purchase them online with Coffee Pond.  A full school year is given to make your yearbook purchase, so please put it on your to-do list.

9. I ordered a duplicate yearbook.  Can I return it for a refund or will you buy it back?

Coffee Pond and the PCO are not responsible for duplicate purchases.  You are welcome to donate or sell your duplicate to a family that didn't order one.  Please keep your receipt so you don't order a duplicate next time.

10. Are school pictures done twice a year?

Pictures are done once in the fall.  There will be a retake day a couple of months later for students who missed picture day or who do not like their original pictures.

11. Should I order a class photo?

The PCO gifts all students with a complimentary class photo.
