Ohio Educational Service Center Association (OESCA) will recognize one senior from each county throughout Ohio. The East Central Ohio Educational Service Center's Governing Board (ECOESC) will acknowledge our local winners and award each student from our member districts a $500 scholarship.

The 2025 Franklin B. Walter All-Scholastic Awards Program will be held on April 13th, 2026.  Further information will be provided as it becomes available. 

Each participating school should identify one nominee and send their completed application. We will review each application per the selection process instructions and identify one applicant for each of our counties.
