• graduating senior

• U.S. citizen or legal resident

• be enrolled (or accepted) in an ABET-accredited college or university as an undergraduate declaring a major in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

• demonstrate financial need

• full-time student status

• minimum GPA of 3.2
