If a student is sick, the student should remain home for the health and safety of all other students. If seen by a physician for medical treatment, please bring documentation for the student's medical file. If a student is being treated with medications for any contagious disease, the student should be medicated a minimum of 24 hours prior to returning to school (i.e. strep throat). If a student has a fever of 100 degrees or greater, he/she should remain home and "fever free" for 24 hours (without medication such as Advil/Tylenol) before returning to school. The student can return to school 24 hours after the last occurrence of vomiting or diarrhea.
