Process Work

Before designing where we are going in Salesforce, we need to know what we are currently doing so nothing gets lost in the conversion work with Banner. Part of this requires extensive understanding of Bethel's current business processes. Many of these processes currently rely on Banner, Argos, and other applications and are critical to the function of the university. 

The goal of this process work is to have critical key interdepartmental processes and internal processes from all parts of the university documented. This can lead us to development of an ideal state for how to carry out our processes in a new system. Many offices have begun developing their documentation of processes including:

• Financial Aid

• Enrollment

• Business Office

• Academic Administration

• ITS
