This team, as part of the overall One Bethel Project, is to develop new ways of communicating Bethel to prospective students, partners, and donors in the new academic restructure.
Develop a new structured, recurring process for information sharing with Marketing, Enrollment, and Advancement, and Academics to fund and recruit the launch of programs and schools.
Evaluate and adapt marketing and recruiting strategies for the new academic structure by the 2026-2027 academic year.
Secure donor investment for at least one named college or school to launch by the 2026-2027 academic year.
Announcement of the academic restructure of One Bethel by September of 2025.
