Our Team 

Cynthia Scott is one of the founders of Best Life Relocation Services (BLRS). She has a professional background working with immigrant communities, refugees, and individuals struggling with trauma. Cynthia is married and a mother of two adult children and a teenager. Outside of work, she enjoys taking long walks, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.

Currently, she is the Director of Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) at Best Life Relocation Services. She is excited to be partnering with others in the community to help reduce homelessness in the Twin-Cities and greater Minnesota. As a Case Manager, she has experience in transitioning people from hospitals, nursing homes and regional treatment centers. Through our HSS program, she enjoys helping people go from wherever they are to a more suitable environment in a community-based setting, where they would interact more with families and friends to live their best life ever.  

Thomas Scott is one of the founders of Best Life Relocation Services (BLRS). Thomas has a professional background working with individuals with serious and persistent mental health disorders, and working as a financial worker for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Thomas is a husband, a military veteran, and a father of two young boys. Outside of work, he enjoys calisthenics, swimming, hiking with friends, and expanding his knowledge about gardening.


Currently, he is the Chief of Programs at Best Life Relocation Services and enjoys working one-on-one with individuals in the community. Through case management he has experience in transitioning people from hospitals, nursing homes and regional treatment centers during the height of the COVID19 Pandemic. Thomas feels very fortunate to coach and lead a team of very compassionate and dedicated independent case managers who share BLRS' vision of helping every individual client choose an environment full of opportunities to live a better life.

Megan Witte is the Intake Coordinator at Best Life Relocation Services. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from The University of North Dakota. Her professional background is in working with youth who committed minor offenses and providing care to children who have mental, emotional, and learning disabilities.  She enjoys helping people and is excited to be a part of a team that is focused on helping individuals choose an environment that they see fit to live their best life. 

 

At BLRS, Megan assists in the areas of client intakes, system improvements, and case management. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with family and friends, travel, sports, listening to podcasts, and hiking. 

Richelle Dunbar is the Teams Coordinator at Best Life Relocation Services. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Augsburg University in Minneapolis. Her professional background includes real estate as well as  providing mental health services to individuals in the community. 


At BLRS, Richelle assists with the background operations of the agency and system improvements. Outside of work she enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family.



Susan Hallstrom is the Discharge Program Coordinator at Best Life Relocation Services.  She received a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Studies/Psychology from Winona State University.  She also holds degrees and experience in Engineering and Media.  Her background includes social services in skilled nursing facilities, former ownership in Adult Foster Care homes, a history of working with community impact for the United Way and providing care services to the elderly, disabled, and those in need of assistance with grief, hospice, counseling, and mental health services.  She is passionate about problem solving, advocating for others, being the voice of those who need someone to help them to be heard and to assist them with tools to help them succeed and enjoy their lives.  


At BLRS, Susan helps people by aligning services to meet their needs as they enter the community. She guides case managers to gather necessary documents, verifications, and helps to develop strategies to proceed towards relocation with the goal of a safe and desirable environment.  Susan is a mother, a grandmother, of two beautiful ladies who live in Seattle and a stepson in Montana.  Susan lives in Prior Lake, and spends her time with her husband and caring for their chickens in the backyard.

Katie Molumby is the Housing Coordinator at Best Life Relocation Services. She has dedicated her career and life path to improving the lives' of others. Her life purpose of helping others in a social setting has been clear to her from a young age. This led her to the broad field of social services with a major in Sociology and minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota in Duluth. She is also a certified Health & Mindset Coach. 


At BLRS, Katie assists in the areas of client relations, system improvements, case management and facilitates housing case consultations. She lives in Minneapolis with her two best friends: her husband Howard and their dog.
