LavenderCal leaders celebrate the diversity of our community members’ lived experiences and strive to foster a sense of belonging, pride, and joy for all LGBTQ+ staff and faculty on campus through our events. We invite LavCal community members to host events and volunteer with us!

LavCal leadership acknowledges that what feels inclusive to our community members can be different depending on the intersection of various identities and life experiences. We are actively working to make our events more welcoming for all of our members, including by co-hosting events with other official UC Berkeley identity-based staff orgs.
