Excess Sodium Carbonate and Liquid Waste

If you have any excess sodium carbonate, rinse it into your waste beaker (or consider asking your classmates if anyone needs some). Then dispose of all liquid waste in the waste container.

Disposable Labware

Used transfer pipets and weighing boats should be rinsed before being placed into the Chemically Contaminated Waste bins.

Glassware

Wash and rinse all glassware used during the lab. Return the 250 mL volumetric flask and its stopper.

Bench Tops

Bench tops should be wiped down and cleaned with soap and water.
