Glassware and Cuvet

Combine all waste solutions into a waste beaker. Rinse all glassware, cuvets and cuvet caps with water. Do not use acetone. Acetone will turn the cuvets opaque, rendering them unusable. Glassware should be wiped dry with paper towels. Cuvets and caps should be dried with KimWipes before being returned to their storage location. Dispose of all liquid waste in the designated waste container. Dispose of scratched cuvets in the Chemically Contaminated Waste bins.

Solids

Filter paper, user paper towels, leftover turmeric and any other solid waste should be disposed of in the Chemically Contaminated Waste bins.
