BASEC is honored to have this event hosted at First Church, as the two are long-term community partners. First Chuch in Belmont is where BASEC runs its Belmont summer vacation programs and rents space for special events like this.

First Church is centrally located in Belmont and close to the town center. Belmont Center offers a variety of food options for those looking for a bite after the event, and it is easily accessible by public transit.

The building is also handicap accessible.

Parking

The church parking lot is quite small, with a limited number of spots, which are also shared with the Henry Frost School next door. However, parking along Concord Ave is free. Additional parking is available in Belmont Center. The rate for the Claflin Street lot is $1 an hour or $5 a day. Meters along Leonard St. or Channing Rd are $0.25 for 15 minutes or $1 an hour.

Bus

The 75 & 74 MBTA buses drop off and pick up right next to the church. The stop is 396 Concord Ave.

Train

The Fitchburg/Wachusett - North Station commuter rail has a train stop in Belmont Center. The stop is "Belmont".
