Self care for parents workshop
Tuesday 9th December 9.30 - 10.30am
Wealdstone Methodist church
This workshop will provide a space for parents and carers to explore how to look after their own wellbeing when parenting and caring gets tough. We will talk about how it is important to have strategies to help you look after yourself. And think about how these strategies can help you parent well, when you are worried about your child's mental or physical health or dealing with your own health pressures.
The workshop is led by Dr Francesca Neale (Paediatrician - Children's Doctor) and Esta Orchard (Community engagement) from the Mohn Centre for Children's health and wellbeing, Imperial College London.
