We know lockdown and remote learning can be a challenging time for both you and your family. In order to make things easier on yourself have a read of the following to make sure you are in the best place to be successful.

Routine is Important
While enjoying a sleep in during lockdown can be fun, it is important that you stick to your usual routines as much as possible. This means getting up and getting 'ready' for school each day, having breaks at the normal school times and keeping focused during class time. This will make the transition back to in school learning much easier for you when it happens.
Challenge by Choice
All of the online learning being set will require you to work independently. While you will receive support from your teacher, we won't be there at all times and as such your will need to make sure you are doing work to a level that challenges you. The more you challenge yourself the more you thrive!
Stay Connected
Learning remotely can present some challenges and one of them is not being able to get together with friends and classmates. It is really important that you log in to your video chat each day to both see and talk to other people. Talk to your teacher and classmates, engage as much as possible, ask questions, smile, laugh and try enjoy the time you have with people.
