Adobe Spark

Adobe Spark is a free tool that both students and teachers use in the district. There are three elements of Adobe, Adobe Spark Post, Video, and Webpage. Adobe works on the web and also have three individual apps that can be downloaded on a mobile device (Adobe Spark Post, Adobe Spark Page, Adobe Spark Video).

Adobe Spark Video

  1. Go to spark.adobe.com

  2. Select blue plus sign on top left and choose video

  3. Recommend starting a video from scratch

  4. You can create as many slides as you need. There are four categories on the top right corner to help you with customizing your video.

  5. GREAT feature: ability to record on individual slides and not have to record all at once!

PUBLISHING

Keep in mind that when it is time to share your video project, click on the share button, then publish. Choose the education setting, and unselect your author name and get noticed. Copy the link and share with teacher. IMPORTANT: If you make any changes since you published your video, you MUST republish/update link. The changes are only made in the edited side and you must update the link so that non-editors can see what you have changed. Go back the to share and publish buttons and choose, update link. You don't have to re-send the link, as the link is the same one.

GETTING ACCESS TO VIDEO

If you find that you can't finish the video in one setting, log back into spark.adobe.com. The on the left column, select projects. This is where you will find all projects that you have created in the product.
