Preparing to Graduate/Leave BHS
Congratulations from Tech Department on your accomplishments and receiving your high school diploma!
In order to prepare for your departure from the Bedford School District, we have four items that you must address before graduation. If you have any questions on any of the items below, please stop by 222 and we can help.

Saving Your Data
Google Takeout will help you keep files that you want to keep. It is best to do this process on a NON-CHROMEBOOK. We cannot stress the importance of doing this. While you might think right now you don't need your work, at some point, you will say "I wish I had that paper on...." As of July 1, 2024, you will not have access to your school google account. Written instructions and video instructions have been provided.
External Sites/Platforms
Many of you have used different tools and websites to either create content or store information. For some of these websites, you will want to continue to use after you leave BHS. For those websites that we have not paid for, you will want to log into those websites, find the settings menu and change the account to personal email. This way, you will be able to continue to use the tool.
Example of accounts you will not be able to keep, WeVideo, x2VOL, Canva, etc.
Deprovision of Chromebook "Take Chromebook off Domain"
We must make sure that your chromebook is no longer tied to the Bedford School District. On Monday, June 3, 2024, during your senior meeting in the theater, we will need you to hand us your chromebook so that we can take it off the domain. It is VERY important that your device is brought in with enough power to complete the process.
Donating Chromebook?
Find that your Chromebook will collect dust when you leave BHS? Consider donating it! (There are certain models that we will not be able to take due to age/type. We can let you know on the day of donations) Read the letter below and if you want to donate your Chromebook, please have your guardian fill out the Google Form to the left. You would then bring in your chromebook and power supply on Monday, June 3, 2024.
