Every year NASA has a pumpkin carving contest. They make really cool and interesting designs from real pumpkins! Check out this video from 2014, this one from 2017, and this one for inspiration!
I'm really fascinated with the idea that you can take something simple and repurpose it to be something else. What do you think you could do with a 3D image of a pumpkin?
Find a simple, basic pumpkin on Thingivierse. This, this and this are good places to start. You can add other files you find later. Upload that file to a project in Tinkercad. Use the tools available and other files you find to "carve" it and make something AMAZING!
Create an original project using parts of other people's creation. Consider the time and space where you're creating the project. Make your pumpkin follow acceptable norms for the space.
You will be graded on your design (the central piece of which is the basic pumpkin you found on Thingiverse), using files from Thingiverse and citing files created by other people.
Screenshot your design. Turn it into the assignment in Canvas. Cite the files you use in a comment when you submit the project.
