Every year NASA has a pumpkin carving contest. They make really cool and interesting designs from real pumpkins! Check out this video from 2014, this one from 2017, and this one for inspiration!
What do you think you could do with a picture of a pumpkin?
Use a picture of a pumpkin in a Scratch animation or a game. Make something whimsical, interesting, and fun!
Start with one of these three pumpkins. They all come from this google image search.
You can also choose your own. Remember to limit your search to images that you are allowed to reuse and modify. It also helps if they are transparent PNGs.
Download the image to your computer then upload it into Scratch.
Publish your work by clicking on the yellow share button.
Make sure your project has a title, description, and notes and credits. Cite the image search linked above for the pumpkins you used. Be sure to cite any other images or media you used.
click the Copy Link button in the bottom right corner. Paste that link into the assignment in Canvas (coming soon!)
