Transportation

When your child is absent, will be picked up early, or has a change in transportation you need to call the office at (937)458-2300 or email the school at:

trebein.attendance@beavercreek.k12.oh.us

*Please make sure you notify the school if you change your phone number, home address, and/or email address. 

School Bus

Mrs. Walk encourages you to have your child(ren) ride the bus if at all possible.

Student Drop off/Pick Up

If you choose to drive your child to or from school, 

please follow the protocols listed below:

Parent Drop-Off

Please enter through the main entrance to the parking lot and circle around to the front sidewalk. 

Pull forward as far as you can, so that we may accommodate as many cars as possible.

The drop-off zone is the entire sidewalk in front of the building. Students should enter or exit vehicles utilizing the full length of the drop-off zone. 

Bring your car to a complete stop before your child enters or exits the car on the sidewalk side of the vehicle. Our staff members can also help your child out of the vehicle so you do not need to exit your car.

Have your student ready to get out of the car with their belongings in hand.

Drive slowly and watch carefully for all pedestrians. 

There is no “thru” traffic lane. You must wait until the car in front of you pulls forward to proceed to exit. 

Do not park in the parking lot and release your student to walk across the crosswalk. If you need to visit the building during drop-off please wait until directed across the crosswalk by a staff member.  

Parent Pick-Up

Dismissal is at 3:45.

Park your car in either the Trebein or Coy parking lots.

Walk/line up along the glass windows on the COY side of the wedge. 

Students will be dismissed out the doors towards the back of the Trebein Wedge area. Proceed down the Trebein sidewalk to exit.
