Meet Ms. Rice

Hi! I’m Ms. Kelly Rice. This is my 18th year of teaching. I've taught both kindergarten and 1st grade.  Teaching is my passion and I love what I get to do each day. To me, the pure innocence of children discovering they can “do it on their own” and that they “are so much smarter than the teacher” is enjoyable to witness.  I cannot imagine doing any other job.  My students are so very special to me.  My hope is that I have helped instill in them a love for learning they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
