Cap & Gown

Please use the following steps to see the cap & gown options for PURCHASING:

STEP 1: After creating an account and or logging in, select Cap & Gown Packages from the Catalog menu.

Step 2: Any of these 4 packages include the cap and gown. Select your preference, then check out.

DIPLOMAS

Diploma Pick-Up Options

After Graduation Ceremony:

• If all obligations are cleared, diplomas will be available for pick-up in the same location as ticket distribution (Varsity Softball Field).

Pick-Up After Outstanding Obligations Are Cleared:

• If your student has outstanding fees or unreturned items, diplomas may be picked up once all obligations are cleared during the following times: 

  1. • 1. June 5, 2026: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

       2. June 8 – 12, 2026: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

     • Pick-up location: Career Center (Library)

     • If you are unable to pick up the diploma during these times, you will need to wait until staff returns on July 13, 2026.

If the Student Cannot Pick Up Their Diploma on Graduation Day or the Following Day:

• A parent or guardian may pick up the diploma on the student’s behalf and must present a valid ID.

Mail Option:

• If the student is unable to pick up their diploma after the ceremony or during the scheduled pick-up dates, they may request to have it mailed after those dates. The student must email Ms. Bernal (mbernal@beaumontusd.k12.ca.us) with the following:

  1. A statement requesting their diploma be mailed.

  2. A copy of their valid ID.

  3. Their full mailing address.

Requests must be sent from the student’s email. Emails from parents or guardians will not be accepted.

Summer Pick-Up:

• If the student needs to pick up their diploma after the dates listed above, they must email Ms. Bernal (mbernal@beaumontusd.k12.ca.us) in advance to confirm availability. 

• Please note: The Counseling Office is closed for summer break from June 15 – July 13, 2026.

If the student emails to request either pick-up or mailing of their diploma, they should follow up with a phone call to ensure the email was received, as external emails may be filtered into spam.
