Students can make up credits from classes they failed through Saturday School, Summer School, and Edgenuity. You can find more information about each method below. Students and Parents with questions may contact their assigned counselor to get more information about signing up for these opportunities.
Saturday School runs 8 AM-1 PM for 8 Saturday's.
Breakfast/lunch provided.
Semester 2 (Spring) classes will be offered in Quarter 1.
Semester 1 (Fall) classes will be offered in Quarter 3.
*Classes offered vary due to availability.
Students can only miss one Saturday in order to receive credit for the course, after that they are dropped.
If a student provides us with discipline challenges, they will be removed. Saturday School is an option not mandatory.
*No session if a holiday
Students can complete 10-15 credits in summer school.
Only select courses are offered due to availability.
Saturday School starts the following Monday after school gets out and ends the last day of June.
Summer School Hours: Monday-Friday
Session 1: 8:00am-11:45am
Session 2: 12:45pm-4:00pm
Students may make up failed courses required for graduation on a platform called Edgenuity.
Edgenuity is offered throughout the school year in a credit recovery class during the school day and O period.
Students can recover a minimum of 20 credits (4 semesters) in 1 school year.
Students can work on Edgenuity at school and home.
Students are required to attend their credit recovery/Edgenuity class period in person.
Tests have to be unlocked by the teacher in the classroom.
After 10 period absences, the Edgenuity class a student is working on will be rest and students will need to start over.
