Who I Am As A Learner

Why is it important to know who you are as learner?

It is important for me to know who I am as a learner because I need to know what my weaknesses and strengths are, that way I can identify the places where I could keep on working and try to overcome the weakness I may have. This way I can make sure my learning is on track. I am bad at organising my time and get distracted easily, but I have good communication and leadership skills also. So I will keep trying to work on my time, organisation and focus.
