All Students Return 5 Days A Week
All students will attend school Monday through Friday with additional safety precautions in place. The district will offer a complete online learning opportunity for families who prefer to keep their students at home. Parents will need to commit to this environment for the entire semester.

Safety Protocols
Daily Health Checks
All students and staff are to check for temperature and other COVID symptoms at home before entering school or a bus.
Any student or staff member who has a COVID symptom must stay home.
Cleaning and Sanitizing of School Environment
Custodians to implement COVID cleaning protocols to ensure student and staff safety.
Hand sanitizer will be available in every classroom.
Additional cleaning supplies will be made available in every classroom.
Cloth Face Masks
Staff
Required for ALL staff members.
K-2 Students
Required on the bus.
Required when transitioning within the building.
Strongly recommended when in the classroom.
Mask breaks will be provided per teacher direction.
3-8 Students
Required on the bus.
Required in the buildings and in classes.
Mask breaks will be provided per teacher direction.
9-12 Students
Required on the bus.
Required in the buildings and in classes.
Mask breaks will be provided per building plan.
Mask Appeal Process
Families will have the opportunity to submit an appeal. Medical reasons, alternative PPE (i.e. face shields) will only be approved through the appeal process.
Building Expectations
Physical distancing (minimum of 3 feet).
Breakfasts and lunches expanded to areas other than the cafeteria.
No visitors or volunteers.
No lockers.
One-way hallways when possible.
Frequent hand-washing.
No field trips.
No large group student events.
Signage throughout the building to emphasize safety practices.
Social and emotional wellness will continue to be prioritized.
Transportation
Face masks are required.
Two students per seat on buses.

As a reminder, plans are “at this moment," and we will continue to re-evaluate and revise our plans based on evolving conditions, data about the status of the pandemic, and recommendations and guidance from public health authorities.
