Trista Huffman

Welcome to 6th grade math and science with Ms. Huffman at North Windy Ridge.  The North Buncombe district is where I grew up.  I graduated from North Buncombe High School in 2006.  From there I attended North Carolina State University (Go Wolfpack!) and graduated in 2010 with a BS in Civil Engineering.  In 2012, I started as an Instructional Assistant and because I love math and science so much I decided to teach those subjects at North Windy Ridge in 2018. 

When I am not teaching, you may find me involved in some type of running whether its running club at NWR, or coaching track and field at NBMS.  I also coach 6th graders in MathCounts.  Sometimes you may even see me driving a school bus.
