What We Are Working On This Week:

The beginning of this week we will be wrapping up our first unit. Monday and Tuesday will be spent reviewing all the concepts we've covered so far (even/odd numbers, prime vs. composite numbers, rules of divisibility, factors vs. multiples, greatest common factor, and least common multiple. Students will practice these skills through word problems and partner/group work. Tuesday we will be working to complete a study guide that students can bring home to study. My plan is to test on Wednesday, but it may be Thursday depending on how much we get done with ELA MAP testing happening on Tuesday as well. 

At this point, students should have their IXL diagnostic completely up to date and the first unit IXL codes completed with a Smart Score of 80% or higher.
