Assignments & Activities

In your student's binder, they'll be keeping a running Assignment Checksheet. This will have the due date, assignment, a checkbox of if it was turned in and final grade. They'll use this checksheet, along with Infinite Campus to keep track of their assignemtns and grades. 

Students have 2 categories for assignments. Weekly Work/Stems will hold 25% of the weighted grade; Essays/Assessments will hold 75% of the weighted grade.

Students will have an opportunity to complete test corrections for some assessments. If your student is doing a test correction, they must fill out the test correction sheet (found at the back of the classroom) during school hours. It also must be turned in by the date listed on the board next to the assessment title.

They will receive half the points added back to their grade. So if the total question is worth 4 points, test correction they'd get 2 points added back.
