Transitions

Transition Night at Cane Creek Middle for rising 6th, 7th, & 8th grade students, as well as anyone else interested in joining us as a Hurricane, on March 25th 5:30-7:00pm.  Families should plan to attend for the entire time.  Families may turn in completed Elective cards that night, or to their school by Tuesday, March 31st.
