Equipment Discard procedure:
Equipment that needs to be picked up, please fill out the Discard form for equipment and submit a BOLT ticket (not a Maintainance work order) with detailed equipment information (number and size) and pickup location.
The technicians will put any computer information on the discard/transfer sheet and change inventory as needed.
Technology Services will contact Maintenance for pick up and delivery to Technology Services as needed.
Computers that are taken by the Technology team -no interaction needed. Techs will fill out the discard/transfer form that you have access to see and remove from inventory.
Finance then removes AS 400 from that sheet.
