-Performance in the Round is an IHSA sectional and state event.

-It is a presentation of material involving three or more students in a circle. The fourth wall is removed thus bringing actor into the same space as the audience.

-The purpose of Performance in the Round is to provide students with expanded acting opportunities in non-traditional spaces.

- Material can be original works and/or scripted published works of humorous and/or dramatic nature. Literature, full length works, excerpts, adaptations, and compilations are permissible.

-The time limit for a PIR performance is fifteen (15) minutes. If students are doing individual events, they cannot compete in performance in the round.

Auditions will be held December 11, 2025
We practice after school from 3:30-4:30 in January (See schedule)
We will perform at Regionals on Saturday, Feb 7 and if we qualify, we will compete at Sectionals on Saturday, Feb 14. State is the following weekend if we make it.
