Joe has more than a decade experience in Service Management roles across a variety of sectors and industries with both internal and client facing roles. Joe brings both business and service management expertise combining an MBA, with ITIL4 Strategic Leader & Managing Professional certifications.

Lee is a cognitive scientist who works to understand, measure and change the way in which people interact with technology from a security perspective. Following his PhD in Psychology that focussed on the topics of motivation and decision-making, Lee went on to apply his skills in the domain of cyber security.
Now working as a Behaviour Analyst for Recyber, Lee facilitates the creation of novel tools designed to measure and influence cyber behaviours. For example, Lee has worked with occupational psychologists, social engineers and software developers to build a psychologically safe phishing game ‘Interception’, that gamifies email reporting and allows users to unlock new levels while practicing secure behaviour.
Along the way, Lee has delivered service offerings to a range of UK domestic companies, as well as United Nations specialised agencies. Lee also retains his links to academia, by working as an Associate Tutor for the Department of Psychology at the University of East Anglia and regularly guest lecturing on cyber behavioural topics for both industry and educational organisations.
A member of the BCS for many years, Lynda Cooper is the chair of the BSI committee for service management and editor of ISO/IEC 20000-1. She is a service management and information security consultant and trainer. Paul is an experienced IT Asset Manager with a history of working in the Telecommunications and Utilities industries.
Skilled in Business Process, Service Delivery, Requirements Analysis, ITIL and IT Service Management, Paul has been in the industry for nearly 20 years. After starting his career as a welder, he made the next natural step into Software Asset Management in the early 2000's.
Outside of Asset Management, Paul is a father of two awesome children and is a keen sports fan - especially football!

Steve is Professor of Cyber Security in the School of Computer Science at the University of Nottingham. His research interests include security management and culture, usability of security and privacy, and technologies for user authentication and intrusion detection. He has authored over 390 papers in refereed international journals and conference proceedings, as well as various books, book chapters, and industry reports. Steve is the UK representative to Technical Committee 11 (security and privacy) within the International Federation for Information Processing, and a board member of the Chartered Institute of Information Security, and a member of the Steering Group for the Cyber Security Body of Knowledge (CyBOK) and the Careers and Learning Working Group within the UK Cyber Security Council. Steve is the Principal Investigator on the CyCOS project, looking at enhancing cyber security support for small organisations.

Michelle has a varied career, working as an asset and compliance manager in companies such as Homeserve and Xerox. Michelle then moved into SAM consultancy offering a variety of services to customers in the SAM services space, working up to manage a team of 14 consultants and licensing specialists, before moving into business for herself as a contractor, and finally co-founding ITAM Worx.
Michelle has deep experience providing efficient and effective delivery of ITAM services to her clients and customers on the ITAM Worx technology platform and via their associate partner model.

Joshua Morehouse serves as Technical Director for Information Security and Site Lead in Brown Advisory's London office. He is responsible for security alert triage, and incident response, in addition to maintaining the security tools and vendors used throughout the corporate enterprise. Prior to joining Brown Advisory, Joshua was the IT Manager for Steben & Company, a mid-sized financial services firm specializing in Managed Futures Funds and Mutual Funds. Previously to that, he was at FBR Capital Markets for 8 years where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility including Manager of Network Operations, Manager of Field Services and Director of Client Services.
Matt is the Director for Enterprise Services at the UK Home Office, leading a robust team of over 800 civil servants in bolstering the nation's critical infrastructure.
