In this panel session, our facilitator, Kylie Fowler, will interview 3 IT Asset Management Professionals who are at very different stages of their careers, and who have taken very different paths through the profession.

Chloe Mackay is a Project Management Apprentice at Vodafone, and we'll explore why she decided to choose the apprenticeship route rather than the well-trodden path to university. We'll also discuss the support she's received from family, friends and colleagues to help her cope with going straight into the world of work at the tender age of 19!

Sarah Marriot, Director, at Anglepoint, has a varied and peripatetic career history, having worked in Australia, the US and now the UK. We'll ask why the itchy feet, and what are the key things that have given her resilience on her professional travels.

Michelle Jones, Founder, ITAM Worx, has experience as a varied ITAM career, working as an internal IT Asset Manager, a consultant for ITAM services, and, most recently, as the co-founder of an ITAM services and consultancy. In this session we'll ask Michelle why she chose to take the leap and build a business with her co-founder, Joe Powell, and what resources, both personal and professional, she has called upon to make the business a success.

William Allan and Lee Casey will help us to understand operational risk and DORA through a human risk lens. We'll explore the concept of behavioral risks and how cyber and GRC teams can mitigate human-driven compliance risks while embedding a resilient organisational culture through collaboration. They'll also help build a behavioral roadmap to support organisations as they implement DORA and improve their operational resilience.
