Modern organisations face an onslaught of incidental and malicious disruptions and disclosures. Regulations like EU DORA and UK FSMA 2023 force Operational Resilience onto certain companies, but the turbulence of technologies, geopolitics and criminality means it’s a topic that no organisation can avoid.
Our conference could be just for you, if you're a Service Management or Asset Management professional faced with:
helping C-level sponsors to understand the criticality of building in measurable resilience, for the precious sake of their business!
collaborating with Cyber and GRC colleagues to build common value, not competition, and to unify your frameworks
going beyond legal compliance to create top-to-bottom right-fit practices that work for your specific firm
leveraging the processes and data that expose the beating heart of your tech stack, and elevating them to the strategic business level.
Major Incident Management (MIM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Supplier Management – these are our bread and butter, yet enterprise-level resilience is crying out for them. Let's explore together some of the ways you and your teams can brace yourselves, and your organisations, to be more robust, responsive and resilient.
The BCS SM-ITAM committee loves to host cordial and hospitable conferences – we offer the richer experience of an in-person, low-key event that attracts other professionals like yourself. Some are BCS members, but not all. And some may have deep experience to share as speakers, yet others may be more full of questions and curiosity. You'll always find the greatest value where people come together to share.
Join us in the City of London on Tuesday 15th October, for a full agenda of thought provoking presentations, plus plenty of time for networking. To accommodate both disciplines, we have two streams - Service Management and IT Asset Management, but remember, tickets are limited so please book early.
