Global Head of Service Delivery, GfK

Building a diverse and inclusive delivery organisation

Diversity, equity, and inclusion have become a big talking point in many organizations in recent years:- gender pay gap, policies for menopause, parental leave, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent employees, and many others. But where do you start and how can you influence change in your organizations?

Simon will talk about his own experiences as a neurodivergent, disabled, and gay person, and how that has shaped his approach to building and managing diverse delivery teams.

Covering topics like intersectionality, creating diversity networks, and increasing diversity of recruitment talent pools, Simon will provide practical tips for approaches you could take in your organization.

Simon Cornwell is a technology leader with over 30 years experience in consulting, delivery and governance of major tech-enabled change programmes, mergers and acquisitions, business change management, strategy and architecture, and service delivery.
