Q&A: Students

Follow these trouble shooting steps:

1. Check that you are logged in with your STUDENT EMAIL. It should be YourStudentID@bcps.org

2. Try logging in on your web browser instead of launching the Zoom App

3. Double check that the link is working correctly and does not have errors in the URL

4. Make sure you are using the correct password and meeting ID

5. Contact your teacher if you are having issues

6. Contact the tech help line if you are still struggling to get into zoom meetings:

You can access your Google Classrooms and class codes by going to the Digital Harbor Website here: https://digitalharborrams.org/

Attendance will be taken similarly to live instruction; however, there are some changes from how we took attendance in the spring.

1. You will be counted present if you attend a live zoom class

2. You will be counted present if you turn in your work on Google Classroom

3. You will be counted present if you communicate with your teacher about any tech issues you may have

You will not be counted present if...

1. You never communicate with your teacher

2. You never log into Google Classroom

3. You never communicate with the school
