Follow these trouble shooting steps:
Check that you are logged in with your STUDENT EMAIL. It should be YourStudentID@bcps.org
Try logging in on your web browser instead of launching the Zoom App
Double check that the link is working correctly and does not have errors in the URL
Make sure you are using the correct password and meeting ID
Contact your teacher if you are having issues
