Welcome to the BCKPS English Drama Page! Drama is a great way to learn and practice English, as well as develop acting skills and build your overall confidence! Chi King students have been enjoying drama class with our NET teachers, and hope to put on a performance by the end of the school year. 

For the 2023-2024 school year, we are performing "Back to P1!", an original story, written by Mr. Edwards. The script is about three P5 students (Michael, Joy and Fox), who have just failed badly in their exams. Their teacher, Ms. Chan, is very disappointed in them for never trying their best or even taking school seriously. The three students realise that they have wasted their time in Primary School and don't have much time left to do better and turn their lives around for a brighter future. As a last resort, they ask their crazy science teacher, Mr. Brown, for help. Mr. Brown takes them on an adventure through time, but will they learn their lesson and change their ways?  

We are currently having lots of fun learning various drama skills and practicing the script that we hope to perform for an audience soon! ^_^

UPDATE: We are so proud of our budding actors in the CK English Drama Team! They worked extremely hard and did so well performing on-stage at the Hong Kong Buddhist Association 'Primary School English drama Competition 2022-2023'! You can watch their great performance of "Cinderella the Dreamer", earning a 'merit' award!
