PROGRAM AD INFORMATION

Dear Buckeye Central Baseball supporter,

It’s that time of the year to be looking towards the 2025 baseball season!

Since 2009, the Buckeye Central baseball team has sponsored a baseball only spring program that is given out for free to all fans at all home varsity and junior varsity games.  All programs are in color and include pictures of teams and individuals, schedules, records, advertisements, and much, much more.  

The ads purchased for our program eliminates out of pocket expenses for our players and their families for items they need for the upcoming season that are NOT covered under the normal athletic budget.  This includes items our players have to have to play such as: hats, socks, undershirts, batting helmets, etc.   Items that the kids get to keep are NOT included in the normal athletic budget.  

Because of the spring program, the following items have been used directly by our players since 2009:  Hats, batting gloves, batting helmets, undershirts, socks, personalized jerseys, pitching screens, team stirrups, soft toss machine, batting practice mats, throwback uniforms, batting practice pitching mats, fence padding, on deck circles, catcher’s gloves, alternate game jerseys, replacement pants, backpacks, bats, tees, wiffle ball pitching machine, wood practice bats, training aids, team jackets, practice pants, summer league umpires, pullovers, t-shirts, nets, smush balls, incrediballs, rubber balls, wiffle balls, cage balls, spike cleaners, partition nets for both batting cages, throwdown bases, cage mats, helmet decals, indoor mounds, and much, much more.  

Instead of our players selling ads, I am sending this opportunity directly to you.  We would ask that you support our teams, like you have in the past, by purchasing an ad directly from us. 

Ads can be a company logo or any type of business card.  

Ads are $50 (this is the same price since 2009).  

We also have NEW additional ways to advertise this year!

• For an additional $25, we will promote your business on our website (https://sites.google.com/bcbucks.org/buckeyecentralbaseball) and our social media accounts (X, @bcbucksbaseball, Facebook, Buckeye Central Baseball) as an official sponsor of Buckeye Central Baseball.  

• Another $25 option is to promote your business on the back of our youth clinic t-shirts.  In March, we hold our annual youth baseball clinic for youngsters in grades 1-6.  All participants receive a t-shirt. 

• To be eligible for these add ons you must purchase the $50 program advertisement first.

• Finally,  you can have all three options for the discounted rate of $90!

To purchase an ad, simply fill out the Google Form https://forms.gle/sBrbi3C7Z447gU79A and follow the directions.  

If you prefer to fill out a hard copy form, print out the attached ad contract, fill out, and mail to the address on the sheet.  

Ads are due Friday, March 7.
