📌 Billing Information:
Participants with Full Registration Fee: A single invoice will be issued.
Participants with Reduced Registration Fee: The gala dinner is not included but can be booked at an additional cost of 70 EUR per person, with a separate invoice issued for the dinner.
Payments:
Choose your fee category and comply with its deadline for payment.
Payment must be made through your registration area.
Once the payment is completed, please send the proof of payment to: congressos@novaidfct.pt
All bank transfer fees are due to the participants.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
To request registration cancellations and refunds, please send an email to dsabns@bcamath.org. Please use the following email subject: "DSABNS 2026 | Cancellation and Refund".
Requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Organizers no later than December 15, 2025. No refund requests will be granted after that date. An administrative €100 fee will be deducted from all registration refunds.
* Undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD students will be required to provide proof of student status. Please upload a letter from your supervisor confirming your student status directly to the registration platform
