July 15th: Strategic Initiative Planning

1. Any plan you have for school improvement for the 21-22 SY and any plan from the district, network, or Archdiocese that documents any large scale improvements for the system in which you are embedded.

2. Your school's mission and vision statement and the same or similar statements from the district, network, or Archdiocese in which your school is embedded.

3. A visual representation (table, chart, and the like) of your school's leadership and/or team structure including the names of the members of these teams. If possible, please bring the same visual for the district, network, or Archdiocese in which your school is embedded.

3. Invite one or two members of your leadership team or your mentor principal to join you at the session so they can learn about strategic planning and partner with you in strategic work. (It is acceptable if members of your leadership team or your mentor principal cannot attend because they are on vacation or unavailable).

4. Think about your answer to this question (it doesn't need to bewritten): What challenges does the school face in the 21-22 SY that the school's current improvement plan is intended to address?
