Cohort XI alum Shammah Daniels, principal at Blackstone Elementary School, shares how she built teacher efficacy to support the five practices of effective ILT's.  As a new principal entering the Blackstone, Shammah observed the ILT, and most school teams were lacking structures to monitor and facilitate instructional programming. Shammah will share the structures created and how she built the capacity of teacher leaders for ILT and CPT.
