Our communication channels with our BBS community include SMS, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and our parent's app notifications. 

Bayan Live Chat

Bayan School launched a fast online Live Chat communication system in 2015 for its Bayan Community. The system is accessible live during working hours via the school website and the BBS Parents App and offline through instant messages.

Online Payment Portal

Since 2018, tuition fees and other payments can be viewed and settled through the BBS Online Payment Portal to provide more payment channels for parents and to increase operational efficiency and accuracy in bookkeeping. We aim to reach the parents’ comfort and satisfaction. The school coordinates with various service providers, such as Eazy Pay, Beyon, and others, to ensure maximum satisfaction for parents.
