Our innovative Technology department drastically reduced students' and teachers ' end-of-year check-out time by creating a digitized online system which enabled them to complete the process in a fraction of the time compared to previous years. They used to go around the school collecting signatures from different departments on paper.

Students and staff could check out by entering their ID into the system, where they could view which department they needed to check out from and complete the process using their phones. Students and staff were relieved and said the new system made the operation much smoother and more efficient.
