• Use the messenger feature in FOCUS

• Use Canvas or any app to communicate an absence excusal

PreApproved Family Leave:

• Must be filled out PRIOR to absence

• Any missing work is due PRIOR to absence

• NO approvals during exam periods (high school courses) per BDS policy

• Form is linked here or available from the front office
