**09/22/2022 Update**
ALMOST! We are ALMOST ready to release the field trip packet to students and begin the sign ups.
The approvals at the district level and the final stop is through TA Admin to sign off on the field trip packet students will receive! We are so close!
Once final approval is given, there are 35 slots to fill! The first 35 slots that fill up are the students who get to attend (pending any grade/discipline requirements). Payments can be made online through the OSP website (link here) once the final approvals are given!
Stay tuned!

Grades:
By attending this trip you are accepting full responsibility for your student’s grades. Several students (at this time) have not fulfilled their obligations to raise their grades. Although we will have time carved out to work on current school work in the computer labs at DISL, this is NOT enough time to “catch up” on work that was due prior to the trip. Please keep in mind that Quarter 1 ends on Oct 7. It is an unreasonable burden to expect teachers to grade and enter a full quarter’s worth of work on the last day of the grading period. Every effort needs to be made by your student to turn work in on time or as soon as possible. The last day to submit any work will be about a week prior to the trip and your student will not be given any extension due to this trip. Please communicate with your child’s teachers if there are any concerns.
On a personal note, the week before the grading period ends is typically the most stressful time for many teachers. This quarter is slipping by quickly and your student has been made aware of all due dates. Please help us by helping your child stay on track!
Students will not be allowed to attend with a D or F in a core class!
Medications:
If your student takes ANY medication, you must have a physician complete this form to be in compliance with BDS field trip policies!
