Please complete the GoConnect! Chromebook Contract.

This is required before a Chromebook can be checked out to your student! We are checking them out as a class on August 11.

The contract is located in FOCUS and can be completed at any time. If you completed a contract for last school year, you do not need to complete the new form in FOCUS for this year.

Chromebook Contract (located in Focus/Parent Portal) Steps:

1. Log in to Focus

2. On the left menu, select Forms

3. Select Chromebook Contract

4. Read and watch

5. To sign, select your student from the drop down menu (some info will be automatically filled in)

6. Select "Yes" bubble

7. On the pop-up menu, re enter your login credentials

8. Click the green "Authenticate"

9. Sign with your mouse

10. Click "Save"

11. Scroll down, select "Submit Request"
