Mrs. Trigueros ( Mrs. T)

Hello families! I'm excited to be joining the RHL team for a second year, and to enter my 5th year of teaching. I hold a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on character development, student mindset, and creating an equitable environment. To me, that training just means I love helping kids understand themselves better, feel confident in who they are as individuals and learners, and love the process of learning!

I live in Battle Ground with my husband, two of our three awesome kids, and our two big dogs, Tucker and Maple. My daughter Melissa is 29 and travels to Africa each year to serve. Our younger two are local students—Aurelia is a proud RHL student, and Cristian is currently at BGHS.

Teaching is truly my passion—especially when it comes to partnering with families to support every part of a child's learning journey. In my classroom, I believe in working hard, having fun, and building a curiosity-driven classroom. I strive to create a space where every student feels safe, valued, respected, and academically challenged. I’m excited to get to know all of you and make this year a great one!
