After they apply for admission, students will receive a welcome e-mail from our Enrollment Services Department to the e-mail address they use on their application (it often goes to spam). It can take up to 7 days to receive that communication.
o The e-mail will include their Clark College ctcLink ID number.
o It will include information about completing a virtual New Student Orientation.
o Assessment is needed for students to move forward in the process.
For English, the student will e-mail their cumulative HS GPA (include ctcLink#) to enroll@clark.edu, no transcript is needed.
For math, students need SBAC + Algebra II or pre-calculus grade (B or better) or will need to take the ALEKS math placement.
Orientation is mandatory for all new students, and enrollment for fall will be blocked until it is completed. There is a specific module for Running Start Students that must be completed. At the end of the Running Start modules, students will be given access to a link to register for priority group advising sessions with the Running Start Advisors.
The advising sessions will guide students through the enrollment process including selecting courses for their first term. We will also review some basic next steps that will help the student become better prepared for fall term.
